TIMS™ is an easy to use database application designed to provide cemetery owners with an easy but effective way to manage all the information that comes with the daily operation of the cemetery. TIMS™ is a custom FileMaker application that provides access to your cemetery's data and maps through a series of windows-base forms linked to a powerful database engine. TIMS™ presents the manager with a series of forms that can be used to enter and edit all the information covering lot ownership, interments, and the fees associated with burials and on-going maintenance. From the TIMS™ user interface, the manager can accomplish the following activities:
Enter new information and update existing information for lot owners, burials and the fees associated with lots, burials and ongoing custodial care.
Print out the forms and receipts that are used for daily cemetery operations.
Perform searches of the stored information for review or to be printed out.
Print out reports that summarize information about the cemetery or the results of the selected searches.
Create tasks lists for lot maintenance and marker repair.
Store headstone photos and transcripts.
View and edit scanned images of lot cards and burial books.
In addition, by invoking the Vector Graphic Mapping software, TIMS lets the manager view and update individual cemetery lot maps or view cemetery section maps. Using the Interment Data Manager from within the Vector Graphic Mapping software, the manager can click on any lot displayed in the section map and view its interment information.
