Mapping Software We offer two mapping applications that are common for both private and municipal cemeteries - Vector Graphic Mapping™ and AutoCAD.
For cemeteries with non-existing mapping requirements, we will design and draft your cemetery maps using a well-known Vector Graphic Mapping™ software that's easy to learn, easy to use and is ideal for making changes and revisions to your cemetery maps as needed. To aid customers in learning the mapping software we have created a serious of video training tutorials. For more information about our video tutorials click HERE
Interment Data Manager - The Vector Graphic Mapping™ software has an advanced feature called the Interment Data Manager (IDM) that is particularly useful for locating, adding or updating owner and interment information assigned to a burial lot. When you click a lot number shown on your computerized maps, a box appears displaying the complete details on that burial site. Details, such as the name of the lot owner and contact information, date deeded, cost of the lot and square footage, date of interment, the amount of perpetual care and military status can be reviewed immediately.
If the lot has multiple burials or urns, the Interment Data Manager can be arranged to display the grave number, who is buried in which grave and which graves are vacant. In addition, the Data Manager has a built-in name search feature that lets you instantly locate an interment name or lot number among hundreds shown on the map. Click HERE to view example. In addition to interment data you can also add images of headstones as well as link external data files like Excel and Access. Click HERE to view example.
